The Dream Class Concept – ‘guaranteed monthly income’ – is based on offering ‘Executive Styled Luxury Properties’ refurbished and furnished to ‘show house condition’
High quality refurbishment and the careful selection of furnishings and fittings can significantly increase rental yields and attract executive level tenants
For the proposed rental property to meet the necessary criteria expected for Dream Class our staff carry out a review and provide a detailed refurbishment proposal, including projected completion date, and confirm projected ‘guaranteed monthly income’
The ‘guaranteed monthly income’ is agreed for a 12 month period and re-negotiated annually
The property owner will assign Urban Dream to manage the occupancy of the property
After acceptance of our proposal Urban Dream will organise completion of works using approved contractors
Urban Dream will project manage the refurbishment and provide regular updates to ensure compliance with our proposal and completion of the necessary works on time
Once the refurbishment is complete Urban Dream will source and purchase furnishings and fittings to compliment your property and provide the ‘show house’ appearance
Our landlord will receive the first monthly payment 1 calendar month after the projected completion date
